Don Drumm is known for bringing the well-received, mid-century brutalist style into people鈥檚 homes and lives with everyday objects for decades. This pewter box is designed and hand-crafted by Don. You'll find Don's signature on the underside of each lid. Additionally, each of these boxes comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity" that Don personally signed.

This box is from the Judaica collection Don designed. The lid for this collection has a Star of David that is designed in such a way that it appears as if it were hewn from stone.

One specific design element you鈥檒l find in each box is the interior base tile. In this pewter box, the interior, central, base consists of five, thin wavy lines, reminiscent of the curves and look of a river. On the first side, is the 21st letter in the Hebrew alphabet, 鈥渟hin.鈥� It is the first letter in the name of God (Shaddai) which translates to 鈥淎lmighty.鈥� However, this letter can have different meanings. This is followed by a representation of the Burning Bush. The third side has the Hebrew word 鈥淪halom鈥� which translates to 鈥減eace鈥� in English. On the final side of this box is the Hebrew word for "life."
